When will I receive my order/delivery?
Standard Delivery Times
2 - 4 Business Days - NSW and ACT.
3-5 Business Days - QLD, VIC and SA.
5 - 10 Business Days - WA and NT Regional & Country Area.
If I don't have PayPal. Can I pay with credit card?
All payments for items purchased through the CUBIC ONE online will be made through a secure payment gateway.
We accept PayPal, Visa and MasterCard.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive notification from us with your tracking details. If you have not received your tracking details within 2 business days of placing your order, please get in touch with us.
Do you provide return shipping labels?
Cubic One does not cover the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable service to reduce the risk of lost parcels.
How much does shipping cost?
Postage to Australian address is free for all orders.
Do you deliver internationally?
We currently only deliver within Australia.
Do you ship it to PO.BOX, Parcel locker?
Unfortunately, our shipping couriers are unable to deliver to PO BOX, parcel locker and parcel collect.
Can I cancel my order?
Please be advised that we can only cancel your order if it has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.
